Started in 1987 with Stock-Broking as the main activity, the group currently operates four businesses with an annual turnover of over Rs. 50 Million. Goodbee Honey & Spices corporate office is located is Bangalore, India; the IT capital of the country. The manufacturing plant is located about 80 miles south in Mysore & is a modern, fully automated facility. The key associates are trained by the Central Bee Research & Training Institute in Handling & Processing of Honey and in Analytical Testing of Honey. The processing equipment complies with international standards recommended by European Regional Standards under joint FAO/WHO food standards through Codex Ailmentarius Commission and standards confirm to Agmark. The plant is designed in such a way that nowhere in the process, the honey is subjected to more than the specified temperatures, ensuring the HMF (Hydroxy-Methyl-Furfural) does not change more than 0.5—1.0%. |
